Remember, a positive mindset is the key to unlocking the doors of hope and joy.

Seek therapy, healing hands if an anointed Powerful child of God. Engage in self-reflection, *important, without this, it’s hopeless because we’re clueless of the dark side. And, practice forgiveness – both towards others and yourself. By releasing the pain that binds us, we can free ourselves from the Lions Den and embrace a life of genuine happiness and freedom.
Cultivate Resilience:
Life’s challenges are inevitable, but it is our response to them that determines our ability to conquer the darkness. Cultivating resilience is crucial in navigating through tough times. Embrace the setbacks as opportunities for growth, don’t harp on them, learn from failures, and develop a mindset that refuses to be defeated. Remember, it is not the absence of challenges that defines us, but rather our ability to rise after every fall.

No one can conquer the darkness alone. That’s when we get picked if, one by one.
